Welcome to Body Wisdom Acupuncture, my Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine practice located at The Source Community Healing Oasis in The Southeast Heights neighborhood of Albuquerque.

I feel blessed and fortunate to have attended Pacific College of Oriental Medicine (NY) in 2003, to undergo the 4-year MSTOM program of extensive academic and clinical training to become the inspired practitioner I am today.  I have been practicing acupuncture since 2009, primarily as a solo practitioner in New York City from 2009 to 2020, as well as provided contracted acupuncture services for both private and nonprofit fitness/wellness centers in the city.  I have learned a tremendous amount treating a wide diversity of patients and their health issues.  I have also continued to hone my understanding, skills and approach with ongoing professional classes and trainings.

Over the past decade I was extremely happy in my work and felt a deep commitment to the wonderful clients and patients I served in urban New York.  However in early 2020, amidst the rising covid-19 pandemic in New York, it became clear to me it was finally time for me to make a big shift to a simpler, more grounded lifestyle, to the naturally spacious and sunny environment here in the Southwest. Coming to Albuquerque was like coming home; I had lived and started my family here in the 1980s, and I am truly delighted to live here again, bringing a desire to serve this welcoming and diverse community with my own intuitive approach to an extremely effective, traditional and evidence-supported therapy.
