• VA/TriWest/Community Care Network. Veteran Members, please obtain an Authorization for Acupuncture Services, requesting the services to be provided by Rebecca Nye, DOM, from your Primary Care Provider.
• Other Insurances: At this time I am not an in-network provider with other health insurances. To find out if your insurance pays for Out-Of-Network Acupuncture services, please click on the link below to submit a verification request. Even if you know your specific plan covers out of network acupuncture, this step insures we have all of the needed information to bill your insurance. We will communicate with your insurance company to verify your plan benefits for acupuncture, as well as any other details (such as deductible or co-insurance, percent covered, and treatment visit limits), things important to know before scheduling your first appointment.
